Despite not signing any player last summer, Lampard was able to guide the Blues to a top-four finish and FA Cup finals where they lost to rivals Arsenal at Wembley Stadium.
However, the Mirror UK citing The Times report Lampard is prepared to lead a revolution at Stamford Bridge this summer.
Among the players lined up for offloading include four defenders to bring in new reinforcements who can add depth in the backline. Kurt Zouma, Andreas Christensen, Emerson Palmieri, and Marcos Alonso are therefore understood to be available for purchase.
In the midfield, N’Golo Kante headlines a list of other players including Ross Barkley and Willian tipped to leave the club. Joining the trio in the list includes Tiemoue Bakayoko, Mitchy Batshuayi, and Kepa Arrizabalaga who have been underwhelming through the season.
