Ghana will compete in the qualifications for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which will be hosted by the Ivory Coast, against Madagascar, Angola, and the Central African Republic (CAR).
The qualifying draw was placed on Tuesday in Johannesburg, South Africa, with 48 teams participating.
Ghana was seeded alongside defending champions Senegal, Algeria, Nigeria, Morocco, Egypt, and other heavyweights according to their FIFA rankings in Pot 1.
To qualify for the tournament, the Black Stars will have to get past Madagascar, Angola, and the Central African Republic in home and away matches.
