Prime Video report that a man in the crowd had a heart-attack at Vicarage Road, with club medics rushing to their aid.

Players were brought off the pitch by referee David Coote after just 10 minutes of the match, with the fan receiving CPR.

It was reported on the broadcast that referees have been instructed to bring players off the pitch should there be an emergency in the stands.

In a later update, it was announced that the game would go ahead after a short break, with players given a chance to warm up.

Chelsea medical staff were seen walking round the pitch after the players had returned to the dressing room, and were given warm applause from both sets of supporters.
