C/R: NDC constituency executive defects to NPP, gives wild reasons

The Deputy Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa constituency, Eric Saa, has defected to the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

According to him, his defections came after the defection of Parliamentary aspirant Eric Taylor to the NPP.

In a statement, DailyNewsGhana sighted he wrote: “I write to inform you officially that I have lost interest in the NDC party and therefore tender my letter of resignation from the party,” part of the statement reads.

“…Therefore, if this mentor is leaving the party following unnecessary insults and assaults then I am nowhere to be recognized in the party anymore.”
