Rangnick demands punishment for Arsenal, Everton after Abramovich, Chelsea sanction

Following the UK government’s sanctions on Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, Manchester United’s Ralf Rangnick has asked for Arsenal and Everton to be penalized as well.

Due of Abramovich’s ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin, who has authorized a military invasion of Ukraine, the UK government froze his assets on Thursday.

The Blues are currently unable to sell any tickets or anything, and they are unable to give new contracts to any of their players.

Rangnick told the media on Friday that Arsenal should be investigated as well because Russian oligarchs own stakes in both the Gunners and Everton.
