After being seen on tape savagely abusing a mentally ill woman, two police officers threw the department into shame.
On the defenseless madwoman, the two officers used their fists, a cane, and a taser. The incident occurred in Takoradi, according to reports.
On social media, a video of the incident surfaced. When the incident occurred, a concerned person shot a video and recounted what was going on.
She said that the insane woman had caused damage to someone’s vehicle.
I believe it’s safe to assume she didn’t mean what she said, or that she didn’t completely realize the ramifications of her actions, given her mental state.
